All orders via the online shop can be made online only. Create your own account so you can keep track of your past orders.
2. Stock Information
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items listed online are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock and you will be notified of this. If we allow items to still be ordered with delayed delivery, these orders require payment even though delivery is delayed. Additionally, if a product cannot be found online, we are out of stock and not taking orders at this time.
3. Returns & Refunds
Please choose your items carefully; once an order is placed we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges. If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email our customer support team for assistance.
What should I do if my order is incomplete on arrival?

Can I pick up my items?
DMC Sport operates as an online store only and any purchases made through the shop can be purchased online only with delivery only
Can I change my delivery address details after I have placed my order?
Please check your order details and shipping details prior to placing your order as it is not possible to change these details after an order is placed.
Can I supply a residential, business or PO Box address for my order?
Most articles can be tracked once dispatched. This service may require the parcel to be signed for upon delivery. We request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received between the hours of 9am-5pm. We cannot deliver to a PO Box due to the sizing of items. In the event an attempt to deliver is unsuccessful, a card may be left stating that your parcel is ready to pick-up at your local post office. If an order is sent express it will be left safe.
How soon will my order be shipped?
In stock items are available for dispatch within 24 hours after payment is received. In the event that we experience any delivery delays outside of our specified delivery time frames, we will notify you of this and dispatch part shipment of your order where possible. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as any other shipping information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your parcel can be expected after 2-3 business days within Victoria and 5-9 business days for all other interstate addresses. Certain circumstances may cause the delivery of your order to be delayed, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive domestically. In the event that you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
Do we offer an express service?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment being receive. If you require your parcel by a certain date please note this in ‘comments/notes’ when placing your order and we’ll endeavour to get this to you as soon as possible.
We accept online payment only by credit card and EFT. To pay on invoice, please select bank deposit as your payment method at checkout and an invoice will be emailed to you. We do not accept Money orders or any other forms of payment. Payment must be received prior to your order being dispatched.
My payment has not been processed. How can I complete my order?
Our shopping cart will allow you to re-attempt to make a payment, please check you have entered all correct details including expiry date and that funds are available.
